

HALL OF FAME - tHE CASEY CUP
2001 Pat Grimley (RIP) – Pat was a long serving treasurer and gave the club over 40 years’ service. A quiet, hard and efficient worker, his unbroken years’ service will never be matched.
2002 Mick Quinn – A man who has been involved with the club all his life. Ever present at games, functions and on committees. Mick sweated blood and tears both on and off the pitch.
2003 Pat Hughes – Another quiet man who never worked for glory or honour just for the love of the game and his club. Pat served on committees for over thirty years.
2004 Francie Higginbotham – Affectionately known as ‘Clough’, Francie fulfilled many a role at the club from underage coach, to senior manager and club secretary. Another loyal Port Mór man.
2005 Mick Smyth (RIP) – The late Mick was a tireless worker; he gave many hours up for the benefit of his club. He was there when the times were tough and worked hard to ensure things were better for generations ahead.
2006 Fr Sean Hegarty (RIP)– Fr Sean was a member of the 1961 minor championship winning team, also lining out for Armagh Minors in an All-Ireland Semi Final, he also managed the Armagh Seniors in the 80’s.
2007 Jim McGrail (RIP) – Jim’s service to the club was immense and will never be forgotten. His work laid the foundations to the wonderful surroundings and venue the club now own and run.
2008 Philip Jordan – Philip served as Chairman though out the late 90’s into the new Millennium. He oversaw the opening of the new training pitch and a successful period for the senior team.
2009 Eamonn Mallon – Eamonn played and administered at the old and new O’Neill Park and was as talented a player as he was administrator. He received his award at the clubs 75th Anniversary Gala Ball.
2011 Tony Casey – Tony has covered many roles at O’Neill Park, Chairman, Youth Secretary, Coaching Officer, Senior Manager and player. His work at underage in the late 1990’s was pivotal to the success achieved in the 00’s.
2013 Cathal McGleenan – Cathal was captain of the 1961 minor winning team before going on to play for the senior team for over a decade. Cathal also held various administration roles before managing the senior team on a number of occasions.
2019 Tony Donnelly – Chairman for a decade, club stalwart all his life. Player, coach, administrator, maintenance man, this man has covered it all. As chairman oversaw the opening of the new hall as well as the club being crowned Ulster Junior Champions.
